Peter Deunov is one of the great spiritual leaders of the 20th century. His teaching of the principles of Divine Love, Divine Wisdom and Divine Truth is rooted in the Christian mysticism and the spiritual heritage of the Bogomils, the Bulgarian heretics who strongly influenced the Cathars in the medieval ages. Peter Deunov, having adopted the spiritual name of Beinsa Douno, promoted the work of the Universal White Brotherhood that even today is still growing in numbers and attracts thousands of followers not only in his native Bulgaria, but also in France, Great Britain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, USA, Canada, Australia, Costa Rica, Brazil — all over the world.
